Summer Studios Arts Academy is located in LA’s South Bay community of Lomita and has provided art classes to the people of LA’s Southland including and not limited to Torrance, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, San Pedro, Harbor City, Long Beach and Palos Verdes.

Since 2005 the facility has been providing a creative environment with small class instruction, affording a high level of personal attention to individual students.

Summer Studios serves also as a vibrant community space. Visual arts are showcased along with live performances and readings by poets and writers in a free monthly event "Art Jam Night" held every fourth Friday of the month.
